Bazil studied BSc.Eng(Civil) at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Upon graduation, he took up a position with Consulting Services Africa (former Stewarts Scott Namibia) and worked in the
north on a variety of projects related to roads, services infrastructure and structures.
He later completed his Masters Degree with University of Pretoria and graduated with MEM, BSc. Eng (Civil).
He then joined the RFA where he was involved in establishing the Mass Distance Charge project.
His career saw him moving to Keetmanshoop
municipality as the Town Engineer after which he went on to work with NamPower as Project Engineer.
In 2005 he started ABD Consulting Engineers cc. The corporation specializes in civil, structural consulting engineering, and project management.
